The whole kraft paper tubes include 3 parts, the innermost layer, the liner and the outermost layer. The innermost layer could be anti water, moisture referenst, or food level. The liner is the kraft paper core, which is thick to shape the cylinder tube. The outermost layer is the surface we could see.
Core Types of Paper Tube
Kraft paperboard, white cardboard, food grade white cardboard. The raw kraft paper is rotary to several layers to shape different thickness of paper tube. Then it is sawed into paper piples with different length. These paper tube cores is the main shape of the whole paper tube. And could be glued with different innermost layers as below, also different paper to be produced to paper tubes in different structure.
